From an early age, and throughout my life, I have been involved in art, design and building. Everything that I have done over the years has contributed to the next project in some way, no matter how different one from another. My desire to keep learning, and doing things better, makes every new project a fresh opportunity.

Since the 1970's I have worked in fine homes, rental properties, businesses and the entertainment industry. I have worked for residential and government contractors, designers and individuals on projects, large and small.

As an individual Craftsman I am able to pay meticulous attention to detail and I make sure all jobs are done right the first time.

When applicable or necessary, I create and work from CAD (Computer Assisted Drafting) drawings and 3-D concept renderings to get a project started and for approvals before beginning work. 3-D renderings, being more realistic than traditional line drawings, help a client visualize what the design will look like before it is actually built. I live in the Pasadena adjacent Arcadia area, within the San Gabriel Valley area of Los Angeles, in Southern California. I regularly travel to and work within the general area of the service area map boundries below.
