Interior and exterior painting, staining, finishing and refinishing. Full surface preparation done correctly for the type of surface and material so that the job will look beautiful and last. Doors, windows, walls, staining and clear finishes.

Electrical

Test, install or replace switches, dimmers, sockets and outlets, light fixtures, ceiling fans. Security and motion sensor lights, yard and path lights tested, repairs and new installations. I do minor electrical projects.

Plumbing

Replace kitchen, bathroom and shower fixtures and faucets, toilets repaired or replaced. Leaky or stuck water supply valves replaced, kitchen and bath drains, sinks and garbage disposers replaced or installed.

Tile and Flooring

Ceramic and Composite, Vynal and Resiliant floor tile install and repair, sub floor preparation and repair. Shower and tub surrounds and enclosures, counter tops and splashes.

Assembly and Installation

Details:

This offer is based on a regular hourly rate of $40.00 per hour of skilled handyman work. After 4 hours of labor the normal hourly rate of $40.00 per hr applies.
